Start by conducting direct interviews to assess each applicant’s experience and suitability for the position. Upon identifying a promising candidate, conduct a comprehensive driving assessment. The Evaluation
Our evaluation will focus primarily on driving skills but can include the pre-trip inspection if requested. We will evaluate your prospective driver's backing, turning, and close area maneuvering. We will assess their overall driving behavior such as demeanor, alertness, mirror use, visual lead time. Lane changing, merging, following distance, space cushion and much more. We will then give a overall final assessment.
